Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. 

Standard Orders: All standard orders placed online ship out 1-2 business days from the time the order is received. Expedited orders received before 11:00 Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. Standard orders include the following shipping methods- First Class, UPS Ground, and Priority Mail. Regular Priority Mail that does not say Priority Mail Express is not considered Expedited. If you want expedited, choose express.

Expedited Orders: Priority Mail Express 2-day orders will go out the same business day if the order comes through before 11:00 am PST (Pacific Standard Time) and are guaranteed. If the order comes in after 11:00, the order will go out the next business day. All orders include tracking. 

Currently, we only ship to the United States and do NOT overnight orders and only offer 2-day shipping for expedited.

Freezing Months: All orders going to freezing states will only ship on Monday. Any orders shipped in the winter are suggested to be shipped 3-day with signature tracking. If ground shipping is chosen, the customer is responsible for any packages exposed to freezing temperatures.

Packages Returned:

Incorrect/Insufficient/Bad Address - Packages returned due to an incorrect or non working address will be credited to the original method of payment minus shipping charges. We ship to the exact address you provide us with so please double check. We are not responsible shipping costs for bad addresses.

Not picked up at post office - Orders that were shipped out but not picked up at the post office by the recipient will be credited to the original method of payment minus shipping charges when the item arrives back to us.
